Harish Kumar Sharma

Founder & Chairman. IIPL 

An accomplished management professional with 10 years of experience in sales & marketing, Operations, Business Management, and Consulting, Harish has switched his career as an entrepreneur with a start up of IIPL and is passionate to lead the company to the new dimension with innovative and committed services in the real estate with secured business transaction.

Mr Sharma is graduated from XLRI with expertise in concept integration and Business Transformational Intelligence.

He enjoys negotiating complex real estate transactions and executing client investment strategy. 

Lata Sharma
Director Legal, Corporate Affairs

Ms Lata Sharma has joined IIPL as Director Legal and Corporate affairs with an experience of about 10 years as a legal Advisor and worked with various big clients in NCR region with the exposure to Local Courts, Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India and WTO. 

She is having varied experience in handling the Labour court related issues.





Rajiv Kumar Jain
CFA

Mr Rajiv Jain, 1989 batch fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and before joining IIPL as chief financial advisor he was associated with reputed industries and management consultants in senior positions. Since over the decade, Mr Rajiv Jain has obtained rich experience in almost every field of Industry and commerce like Direct and Indirect Taxation, Auditing, Corporate Finance, Company Law, Trusts, Business Transformations, FEMA and systems Development activities. He handles all complex problems in above areas with equal ease but his core competency lies in understanding the client’s requirement and providing value addition management consultancy services by Transformation of Business and in Setting up New Industry.

With such a great experience of about 22 years  he is responsible for handling the financial and accounting related services to strengthen the organization.

Jhimili Parauai
Chief Operations & Technology

Before joining IIPL, Jhimili is having an experience of about eight years in technology,IT,and Project delivery with a sound knowledge in business operations .

She has worked with various MNC’s and Banking Companies and graduated in Bussiness Management from IIM, Calcutta. 






Rahul Kumar Sharma
Director Marketing and Corporate Communications

Mr Rahul Sharma a young professional and is fresh Management Graduate, He is committed to learn and work hard towards the goals of the organization and will also create the benchmark in the real estate services with his new ideas and concepts.
